Boats may leave 5 to 8 minutes early due to high traffic in the Chicago Harbor Locks
Pre Purchase
Luggage is not allowed aboard
Strollers are allowed, but will be folded and stored in the salon for the duration of the cruise
Kids must be removed from strollers prior to boarding
Usage
On Michigan & Wacker Drive, at the northeast corner of the intersection by the black awning.
When you arrive, please take the stairs down to Chicago's Riverwalk and visit the box office (right after/bottom of the stairs) for guidance to your cruise boarding dock. A departure board is available for your reference
Present your smartphone ticket at the dock
Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time

Please research directions to the dock in advanced as Google Maps and GPS tend to lose signal
