On time, window seat, help getting off boat. Would recommend.
Good experience with Pelago 😊
Good but not very organized
Pelago had sold us the tickets after the cruise company had notified them they were fully booked. Atfer some time of uncertainty, we got on the ferry.
Worst experience ever! We booked 5 tickets from Langkawi to Koh Lipe, but the counter told me there’s NO tickets for us, the seat has fully booked before we bought our tickets.
Imigration in Koh Lipe was rather slow but all the rest good
