Must Know
  • The Kansai-Hokuriku Area 7 Days Pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • The Have Fun in TOYAMA Pass is valid for 270 days after purchase; once activated at the first facility, it is valid for 7 days.
  • The same facility in Toyama can only be visited once and re-entry is not permitted.
  • Please check the official list of available facilities and business hours before visiting.
  • Itinerary and available facilities are subject to change based on local conditions.
Eligibility
  • The rail pass is only available to non-Japanese passport holders entering Japan under the "Temporary Visitor" visa status.
  • Passport checks with a valid IC chip or physical verification at the ticket office are required for redemption.
  • The Toyama Pass has no age limit and is suitable for both adults and children.
Child Policy
  • Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
  • Please ensure you select the appropriate ticket category for children based on their age at the time of travel.
What to Bring
  • Valid physical passport with the "Temporary Visitor" entry stamp.
  • Printed or mobile Pelago voucher with QR code.
Accessibility

Booking Confirmation
  • Manual confirmation is required within 48 hours of booking.
  • You will receive two PDF files containing a total of three e-vouchers in your email after the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation is available if requested at least 1 day before the intended use, provided neither activity has been redeemed.
  • Once either the rail pass or the Toyama pass has been redeemed, the other cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Unused facilities within the Toyama Pass are non-refundable.
Voucher Use
  • Rail Pass: Scan the QR code and your passport at a green ticket-vending machine. View detailed redemption steps.
