You can try four popular types of Jingisukan, including tender lean cuts of lamb, as well as lamb chops marinated in a secret sauce.
Our staff will cook the Genghis Khan first.
All-you-can-drink menu allows you to order beer, wine, and other beverages of your choice from the designated menu.

This is a special plan that allows you to enjoy the luxury of Jingisukan, a specialty dish using Hokkaido lamb.
You can enjoy a tasting of five premium cuts of Jingisukan, including rare lamb short loin and loin, as well as tender lean meat cuts. The menu is full of lamb delicacies, including marinated lamb chops in a secret sauce and a hearty soup made with lamb ham and eggs.
The Jingisukan will be cooked by our staff first.
The drinks are all-you-can-drink, so please order your favorite beers, wines, etc. from the designated menu.
We also offer Jingisukan-flavored snacks as souvenirs.

The traditional Matsuo taste, unchanged for more than 60 years, is achieved by marinating the mutton in a slightly sweet sauce based on apple and onion juice and flavoured with soy sauce.
