Made a reservation at Nimman outlet. Deserving of the high price tag. It's a beautiful place. I was assigned to a room with private bathroom. My masseur was skilled. The 2hr head shoulder foot massage is enjoyable. Pickup service from the hotel too. Just fuss free.
everything went well from the start. we were picked up promptly by a driver in uniform and a car with company logo, all officially looking which inspired class, comfort and certainty. The room is nicely decorated giving a positive ambience. The staff were uniformed. The masseurs were professional. We had a very enjoyable session. They offer to send us back to the hotel, but we decided to walk around for dinner. We planned to come again before we leave Chiang Mai.
I went to the Lanna Outlet this time for aromatherapy massage. First the driver who picked me up was unprofessional, texting and driving at the same time. The environment just couldn't compare to the Nimman outlet. It was below average for their price tag. I had to take a shower at a shared toilet instead of a private one like at Nimman. Masseur didn't understand what i was saying. And the most disappointing part was that the massage wasn't as enjoyable. Hot oil wasn't warm and not enough oil was used during massage as I felt my skin being tugged multiple occasions.
