Excellent massage - 1 point to mention, there are no details listed to contact/book the massage 😀 Pelago customer support was fantastic to resolve the issue.
Always late , and during service therapist always busy on the phone with admin .
Very disappointing, beware of terms and conditions not listed at the time of booking. Vendor will get in touch with a list of requirements after booking which require you to book only if you meet those conditions. It's too late at that stage as you have purchased voucher already. No vendor contact information and you are at the mercy of vendor and Pelago until they reach out to tell you what will happen and when they will arrive.
