Embark on a full-day adventure to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
renowned for its emerald waters and towering limestone karsts. Travel
comfortably via expressway from Hanoi, then board a deluxe cruise to explore
the bay’s most iconic highlights. Savor a traditional Vietnamese lunch onboard
as you pass famous formations like Fighting Cock Islet. Discover the majesty
of Sung Sot Cave, paddle through the serene waters of Luon Cave, and relax or
hike for panoramic views at Titop Island. Conclude your journey with a
breathtaking sunset cruise before returning to Hanoi in the evening.

Itinerary

  • 08:10

    Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or at the Hanoi Opera House (for travelers staying outside the Old Quarter). Begin your journey to Halong Bay via the expressway for a smooth and comfortable ride.

  • 11:45

    Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Board the cruise and receive a short briefing from the guide about the itinerary for the day.

  • 12:15

    Enjoy a delicious set-menu Vietnamese lunch onboard while cruising past the stunning limestone formations such as Dog Rock, Incense Burner, and Fighting Cock Islet – a famous symbol of Halong Bay.

  • 13:30

    Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) – the largest and most beautiful grotto in Halong Bay. Walk through the cave’s impressive chambers filled with unique stalactites and stalagmites.

  • 14:45

    Arrive at Luon Cave, a picturesque water cave. Choose between kayaking or a bamboo boat ride to explore the tranquil surroundings. If you prefer, you can stay on the cruise to relax.

  • 15:45

    Visit Titop Island, where you can either swim in the clear waters or hike up nearly 500 steps to the peak for an incredible panoramic view of Halong Bay.

  • 16:30

    Begin cruising back towards Tuan Chau Harbor. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset view as the boat gently glides through the bay.

  • 17:45

    Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor and board the bus for the return trip to Hanoi.

  • 19:30

    Arrive back in Hanoi Old Quarter, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel. The tour ends with wonderful memories of Halong Bay!
