Additional information
- Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.
- Location: 1st Floor, Arrival Hall, Kaohsiung Xiaogang International Airport (Tongzhen Airport Counter).
- Collect the SIM card at the designated counter on your selected pickup date.
- If you cannot collect on the same day, please contact customer service to reschedule.
- Insert the SIM card upon arrival in Hong Kong or Macau for activation.
- Data speed will be reduced to 128kbps after reaching the daily limit for daily data plans.
- For total data plans, service will disconnect after the data limit is reached.
- SIM cards must be used within one day of collection and are activated based on Taipei time zone.
- Please confirm your phone’s network unlock status before use.
- Returns or exchanges are not available after opening the package.
- Collect your SIM on the selected pickup day; a 1-day preparation time is required for orders.
- Open to travellers with unlocked WCDMA/LTE phones.
- Not compatible with locked devices or customized 3G phones (e.g., AT&T, DoCoMo, Asia-Pacific models).

- Pickup counter located on the 1st Floor of the Arrival Hall, accessible via airport facilities.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- Please present your digital or printed voucher QR code at the pickup counter.
- Free cancellation available up to the day of pickup.
- No refunds for cancellations made after voucher redemption or after product unsealing.
- Present your voucher QR code at the Tongzhen Airport Counter (Kaohsiung Xiaogang International Airport) for redemption.
- Please check the product on-site before leaving the counter — no replacements will be processed afterward.
- SIM card validity starts upon activation in Hong Kong or Macau.
