Great exprience
The place was busy and crowded. Even so, service was quick and efficient. In 45 minutes, we were dressed in hanboks with simple hairstyling done. Walk to gyeongbokgung was very near too.
Easy redemption process. Just got to follow staffs’ instruction step by step. Although it’s stated that the shop opens at 9am but it was already very crowded when we arrive at 9am sharp. Recommend to arrive slightly earlier than to skip the queue. Queue got longer by the time we were done at 945am, heard staff mention waiting time for hair styling was 1hr
Tricky to find with Uber and NAVER being different. Very busy when we arrived as there was a tour group that just arrived, ans staff very hurried. You have to pick your own hanbok then they will dress you. Limited instructions. Hair style was done but about a 25min wait due to lots of people. Lockers provided.
