Must Know
- Effective 1 September 2025, all visitors must complete the Indonesia Arrival Card ("White Card") via the All Indonesia website or mobile app at least 3 days before departure.

- No bookings are available on the eve of public holidays and long weekends; open-dated ticket holders must walk in to obtain boarding passes.
- Dangerous items including weapons, explosives, and incendiary devices are strictly prohibited.
Eligibility
- All passengers must possess a valid international passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of departure.
- Indonesian Passport Only tickets are valid strictly for Indonesian nationals and require verification.
- Singapore PR holders must complete the arrival card but do not require an online visa.
Child Policy
- All ages, including infants (0–3 years), are required to purchase a full-paid ticket.
- There are no discounted rates for children or infants for this ferry service.
