You must show your digital or printed proof of purchase and your digital or physical official photo ID at the box offices identified as Xailing by Xcaret in order to receive the boarding coupon.
Pre Purchase
Children from 0 to 4 years enter for free. Wheelchair and stroller accessible, service animals allowed. Near public transportation, infants must sit on laps. Special area for you and your pet.
Usage
Customers should go to the ticket office identified as Xailing by Xcaret, which is located on the famous 5th Avenue corner with the Paseo del Carmen shopping center, a few meters from the pier. At the ticket office, they must show their digital or printed ticket and an official photo ID (digital or passport).
Post Purchase
This is an open ticket that you can use at any of our operating hours. In Playa del Carmen, departures are from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm, and in Cozumel, departures are from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm.
