This is a higher grade course that allows you to fully enjoy not only our signature bonito and yellowtail grilled on straw, but also fresh sashimi. For the main course, we offer rare Tosa Wagyu beef.
From July 1st, tempura of shrimp, asparagus and bamboo shoots will be replaced by fried shrimp and fried Soda dashi.
Please note that the “grilled Chotaro Scallops Hamayaki” may be changed to “Jako-ten”(Sardine Tempura) when Chotaro Scallops are not available.
