- The bus departs at 15:30 from the Ba Na Hills parking lot where you were dropped off in the morning.
→ The meeting point for the return trip is the same as the drop-off point;
please be sure to take a photo to avoid confusion.

confirm the meeting point with your driver.
※ To catch the shuttle bus departing from Ba Na Hills, you must board the
cable car no later than 14:40. (The cable car ride takes approximately 30-40
minutes one way.)

- This product is only available on the date and time you reserved, with the join shuttle bus departing at the specified time.
- The Bana Hills shuttle bus is not a private tour, so the bus departs on time.
- If you are late for boarding and miss the shuttle bus, no refunds or reservation changes will be possible.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to accommodate other passengers on the bus.
- To catch the shuttle bus departing from Bana Hills, you must board the cable car no later than 14:40 (the cable car takes about 30-40 minutes one way).
- When departing from Bana Hills, you will meet the driver again at the same place where you got off, but this may occasionally change. Please be sure to reconfirm the boarding location with the driver after getting off at Bana Hills.
- If you do not take the bus from Da Nang City to Ba Na Hills, you will not be able to board the bus from Ba Na Hills to Da Nang.
