Charming town designed by Sir Oliver William Petty who was granted this area as a part of payment for mapping of Ireland. He laid out a modern town in 1670. Now Kenmare town is visited by many people because it's beauty.

    Traditional Durrus Cheese farm. Cheese made with milk from cows which eat nothing but green grass all year round. Not too many places like this left.

    Write after passing tunel between Kerry and Cork County we will see most spectacular view at Bantry Bay. Place called Caha Pass. Miles of visibility. Breathtaking pictures from 1200 feet above the Atlantic ocean level.

    Your drive proceeds to Bantry town toward Durrus, moving along the coast to Toormore and finally to Mizen Head, passing beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the countryside of West Cork en route. After a rest stop at the cafe and gift shop, relax during the 1.5-hour return drive to Killarney, with drop-off at your accommodation.
