- Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Meeting Point: Marina at Keppel Bay (Lobby)
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your charter start time.
- The actual program, duration, and start time may vary due to weather, yacht location, or guest preferences.
- Amenities and water toys may be unavailable if under repair, especially during peak seasons.
- The yacht must be returned in its original condition; damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
- Inform the captain or crew immediately of any damages or safety concerns.
- Participation in water activities is entirely at guests’ own risk.
- Late return of the yacht may incur additional fees and affect subsequent charters.
- Charter proceeds in light rain; rescheduling is only allowed if the captain deems cruising unsafe. No cancellations allowed for weather.
- Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
- All children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

- Manual confirmation required.
- Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours of booking.
- Cancellations 31 days or more before activity date: 100% refund.
- Cancellations 15 days or more before activity date: 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 15 days before activity date.
- A Pelago voucher is required for redemption.
- After booking, the charter manager will contact you via WhatsApp or your preferred platform to confirm meeting details.
