• It is available for ages 9 and up, and children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Due to pressure differences, sea walkers are prohibited from boarding the plane for 24 hours before departure.
  
• Parasailing is done in pairs, and jet skiing is done in groups of 1. If you have difficulty driving a jet ski, a local staff member will drive it for you.
• Parasailing cannot be done in odd numbers (1 person, 3 people, 5 people, etc.) and requires the purchase of an additional ticket.
• If you purchase an additional parasailing ticket, one person in your group will board twice, and one other passenger will board with the on-site staff.
  
• Banana boats can accommodate up to 5 people and can be joined by other guests.
• Carriers can be stored at the marine sports shop. However, we are not responsible for the loss of important items, so please take special care of them.
• You can take a quick shower after the tour. There is a changing room so you can change your clothes.
• After the tour, your body temperature may drop due to playing in the water, so it is recommended to bring extra clothes or long sleeves.
• Most events are possible for elementary school students and older, but since each child is different, if your child is too small or young, the local staff may determine that the experience is not possible. In this case, we will help you get a refund for your child.
• However, please note that if the local staff says the experience is possible but your child is scared and does not proceed, refunds are not possible due to a simple change of mind.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters. If the event cannot be held, you will be individually notified and a full refund will be given.
• Pregnant women, those with respiratory diseases or surgical history, and those who wear hearing aids or earplugs may have difficulty participating in the tour for safety reasons.
• Those with systemic illnesses or poor physical or mental condition should be cautious when using the water activities and inquire when making a reservation.
• Life jackets must be worn and individual actions should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Drinking alcohol is not permitted during the tour.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
