The ride was smooth.
The booking process was smooth and communication before the transfer was clear. Unfortunately, the transfer itself was disappointing. Although we booked a luxury vehicle, the BMW i5 was unable to comfortably accommodate our two large (30-inch) suitcases and two backpacks. The driver had to forcefully push the luggage into the boot and repeatedly slam the boot shut to make it close, which left us worried that our luggage might be damaged.
