Must Know
Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries, or have a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride
All passengers will be required to sign a waiver before boarding the Arro Jet

Children 5 - 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult
Usage
Pick-up is scheduled for 20 minutes past the hour, with return/drop-off at 15 minutes past the hour
Please arrive 15 minutes before your boarding time
Show your smartphone ticket to the staff on the boat
Post Purchase
If the experience is canceled due to extreme weather conditions, the supplier will reschedule it for a later date
Customers who do not show up will not be refunded
