[About late-night charges]
Late-night charges are calculated based on the dispatch time.
Late-night charge time: Dispatch from 10:00pm to 5:00am
*Even if the late-night charge time starts during your transfer, you can still book for the daytime rate. (Ex. Dispatch at 9:50pm)

[About additional waiting time charge]

•  If you are late for your meeting time
  The first 30 minutes from the dispatch time is free. After that, an additional charge of JPY4,000 will be charged for every 30 minutes.
  *Please pay additional charges to the driver directly.
  
  

[About booking]

• The booking is available starting from 180 days to 4 days before the day of use.
• We will notify you of the availability of arrangements within 2 days after receiving your reservation.
• For bookings made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, booking confirmation will be notified on the next business day.
• When booking, please prove us reachable mobile phone number and email address during your stay in Japan.
• Please let us know pick-up / drop-off place (address or building names etc.) at the time of booking.
• The price displayed on this service is per car, and the price does not change depending on the number of passengers.
• If you exceed the recommended number of passengers or luggage (1 piece: 24 inches), we may refuse providing the service.
• Only Japanese speaking drivers are available for this airport transfer service.
• If you have a language problem, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
  
  

[About cancellation]

• Free cancellation until 2 days before the boarding.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of boarding will be charged 100% of the fare.
