Highlights

Day 1


Semeru trek 2 days 1 nights, you will be picked up from hotel in Malang by 06.30AM. Journey toward Ranu Pani village for 2 hours with trekking guide. After briefing, you will be directed to start do trekking for some stages. First stage will be 4 hours walk to Ranu Kumbolo lake and lunch break. Second stage will be 3 hours walk thru oro-oro combo savannah reaching Kalimati basecamp. Set tent and dinner, rest until midnight summit attempt.


Day 2


Wake up 00.30AM from basecamp. By 01.00AM, guests will be leaded by trekking guide to do summit attempt for about 4 hours trek. Half way up will pass forest area while the rest half covered with soft sand until summit. Upon summit and sun rises, guests have free time to enjoy summit moment. About 7AM, back to Kalimati basecamp for late breakfast and check out. Journey further down toward Ranu Kumbolo lake for lunch break. And further to Ranu Pani village to hop on waited 4WD Jeep until Malang.

Malang - Ranu Pani - Kalimati Basecamp

  • Lake Ranu Pane

    10 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
    Depart from Malang to Ranu Pane village by 4WD Jeep. Meet up with local trekking guide and proceed to trek. Trek for the first 4hours to reach Ranu Kumbolo lake, then have lunch break. Continue about another 4hours passing thru oro-oro ombo savannah to reach Kalimati basecamp. Set tent and rest, dinner will be prepared.

Semeru Summit - Kalimati - Ranu Pani Village - Malang

    10 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
    Early morning 00.30AM start wake up and prepare for summit attempt. Trek for about 4-5hours to reach Semeru summit and enjoy sunrise moment. Back to basecamp for breakfast and prepare for check out from basecamp site. Walk down back to ranu kumbolo lake for 3hours and rest for lunch. Continue another further down to reach Ranu Pane for about 3 hours. Meet up with 4WD Jeep and drive back to malang. Arriving around dinner time and our team will drop guests in their booked hotel in Malang.
