Excellent Tour with Professional Guide Helen Our tour guide Helen was extremely professional and helpful throughout the day. When I was initially denied entry to Tiananmen Square due to the rigorous security screening, Helen handled the situation calmly and professionally. I returned to my hotel to leave my items and brought only my passport and phone. Helen ensured I was able to reconnect with the group smoothly and continue enjoying the tour without missing too much. The tour itself was well-organized and followed the itinerary exactly as listed on the website. Helen was both professional and friendly, making the experience enjoyable and informative. The transport vehicle was comfortable, which made the 10-hour day much more pleasant. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely suggest it to my friends visiting Beijing!
The tour guide Rocky was very knowledgeable and experienced in sharing the history behind the places. He was very helpful as well in getting the tickets on my behalf and the whole tour was smooth. Great experience! Recommended!
My family joined the small group tour to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Mutianyu Great Wall, and it was truly one of the best experiences of our Beijing trip! Our guide Helen was amazing, she is very nice, friendly, and patient, and she always made sure everyone in the group was comfortable. She shared many interesting stories and historical details, which made each place come alive. Her explanations were clear and engaging, and she also helped us take many beautiful photos! The tour was well-organized, timing was perfect, and the Great Wall section at Mutianyu was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed every moment of this trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing, thank you Helen for such a memorable day! 🙏😊
It was an enjoyable trip that began with a visit to Tiananmen Square. Helen, our tour guide, brought us to the entrance with the shortest queue, which helped us save time. We then explored the Forbidden City, where she led a well-organized tour and pointed out some beautiful, photogenic spots for us to capture great memories. The trip concluded with a visit to the Great Wall of China at Mutianyu. Helen helped each of us take wonderful individual photos with stunning views of the Wall in the background. She articulate well and provided valuable insights into the historical significance of each site, which made the experience even more meaningful.
Our guide was super friendly and easy going. Being a tour guide is never easy but she was able to get us from point to point and even suggest a lovely place for a meal before we started our attraction at the Great Wall. The bus driver was also friendly and highly skilled. The entire tour was a very pleasant experience and a great way to see 3 of Beijing's top attractions in a day.
Helen is a nice tour guide, She is a well spoken English tour guide. I recommend this tour because they are very professional. Ten out of ten for their professionalism...
Great full day event to see Beijing's most famous places, although have to skip Tiananmen due to national event. Rocky is an excellent guide with a very good English.
the 10-hours mini-group tour was good and within expectation.
