Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, professionals trained at the University of Wine, you will also discover the secrets of successful, sometimes unexpected, food & wine pairings. A tasting booklet DE will be given to you to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place EN private courtyard, EN cellar or in our converted room.
