Itinerary
Espigó del Gas
We offer a hatha vinyasa lesson for all levels. We will be practising asana, pranayama and meditation. Lesson is abot 75 min. We meet 10 minuts before on the location sending when the booking is cinfirmed. please bring your mat and if you need to rent one, let me know in advanced. We focus the lesson on listening the body, connect with the councious breth, calm the mind and reconnect with the heart. We will love to see you on the mat by the sea
