We were lucky to have Germanaly as our guide. She is very knowledgeable and there were only 3 of us in the group, it felt like a private tour. Though I may not be very interested in history, I never feel bored during the tour as the guide was quite entertaining and humorous.
Guide was very knowledgeable and get the group engaged throughout. Nice to skip the queues and go in fast track.
As always, everything was perfect with Pelago's ticketing.
Very good tour guide
The place is very popular, expect crowded viewing areas in the palace.
It was with Vienna Sightseeing Tours. Our English tour guide was a bit late, and didn't introduce himself. Some of his cynical comments were quite funny but it should be balanced with other information that may be more of interest to tourists.
