No outside food or drinks permitted in the venue.
Prohibited items inside the venue include dangerous materials, bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.
No pets allowed inside, except service animals with valid ID.
Seniors 65+ and children under 3 need ID for free admission.
Pre Purchase
Children 0-3 and seniors 65+ enter for free. Disability certificate holders and one companion also enter free. Museum closes 12:00-13:00; Process hall closed weekends, holidays, after 17:00 weekdays.

The venue is Biau Bug Taiwan Shoe Story House.
From MRT Red Line R13 Aozihdi Station, exit at Exit 1, transfer to the Light Rail, alight at C26 Dashun Minzu Station, and walk 10 minutes via Lane 373, Minzu 1st Road.
Take a bus to Dashun-Minzu Road Intersection Station or Longfeng Temple Station, then walk 10 minutes to the venue.
Tour buses cannot access the narrow alley entrance.
