• Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge; however, additional fees apply for the use or rental of infant facilities.
• Please note that for certain attractions, on-site queuing is not permitted, and a waiting pass must be obtained in advance.
  
• The operation of some facilities depends on weather conditions; please assess this before entering the park. Once the QR code is used, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded; please take note.
• The final refund will be notified after verifying the usage status. The final refund process takes approximately 3-5 days.
  
  

【Gamsung School Uniform Rental Instructions】

• Operating Hours: 09:30 ~ Subject to Everland's operating hours.
• A deposit must be paid on-site, and a passport must be provided: The deposit must be paid in cash, 10,000 KRW per person (credit cards or bank transfers are not accepted).
• School Uniform Sizes:
  Women's Tops: 33~88
  Women's Bottoms: 33~88 (Some styles available in 99)
  Men's Tops: S~4XL
  Men's Bottoms: 26~38
  Children's School Uniform Sizes: Suitable for children aged 5 to 11.
• How to Use:
  Visit Gamsung School Uniform store -> Fill out the application form -> Submit deposit and passport -> Receive usage guide -> Select style -> Try on -> Finalize uniform selection -> Confirm and pay at the counter (PKG customers must present the QR code) -> Store personal belongings -> Enjoy Everland -> Return uniform.
• Fitting Rules: Each person may try on 2 styles of uniforms; sizes can be changed an unlimited number of times.
• Notes:
  The deposit must be paid in cash [Credit cards or bank transfers are not accepted].
  After putting on the uniform, present the QR code at the counter to complete payment (simple storage for clothes is available) -> Enjoy Everland (Important).
  Additional fees may apply if rented items are lost, damaged, or soiled.
  Cannot be used at other branches.
  No refunds for cancellations made on the day of use.
  Wait times may occur during peak seasons.

• For attractions such as Lost Valley / Safari World / T-Express / Amazon Express / Thunder Falls, a waiting pass must be obtained after entering the park, and you must ride according to the time on the pass.
• This ticket is for foreigners only; usage restrictions may apply if used by Korean nationals.
