- Loose items such as hats, phones, and purses must be left in your car or with a non-rider to ensure safety.
- The rides operate in rain with cars equipped with rain shields but close during thunderstorms or heavy rain for safety.
- Bumping into other sleds is prohibited, and riders are responsible for any injuries or damages caused intentionally.
- Children aged 3 to 6 must ride with a person aged 16 or older who controls the sled.
- Children under 3 years are not permitted to ride.
- Kids must not sit on laps, no infant seats are available.
- To ride as a passenger: Minimum age of 3 years and minimum height of 38 inches (96.5 cm).
- To control the sled: Minimum height of 56 inches (142 cm) and minimum age of 16 years.

- Maximum weight per sled: 375 lbs (171 kg) in dry conditions, 330 lbs (150 kg) in wet conditions.
