The booking process was simple and I recieved my confirmation and voucher from Pelago. When I arrived at the airport I searched everywhere for my driver. Many are holding signs with names.. Nothing! An hour goes by and still nothing. At this stage I came to realise there was an issue. Trying to contact the transfer company via whatsapp and pelago. But not really getting anywhere, finally had to get my partner to call the phone number as I only had data on my phone. The transfer company did contact me and organise me a driver but this was after a 2hr wait at the airport getting harassed by taxi drivers left right and centre. The transfer company said they never recieved my booking from Viator (Pelago booking agent apparently) I give 2 stars because the transfer company were nice, and quick to get me a driver once they were contacted about the situation. I got to my destination fine albeit a little bit late. Just recommend you definitely confirm your booking prior to landing. Lesson learnt.
