Daytrip to Mount Olympus — UNESCO Biosphere Reserve & mythical home of the Greek gods. Stunning trails, legendary views, unforgettable adventure. We depart from Thessaloniki in our minivan. After about an hour we arrive at the starting point of our hiking tour, the old monastery of St. Dionisius in Litochoro, a village at the base of mount Olympus. The hiking path goes along the river of Enipeas. It's an easy hiking path, into the forest, with wooden bridges that cross the river and meets the waterfall of Enipeas. After about an hour we arrive at the cave of St. Dionisius. We take a small break and we follow the path back to our starting point in Litochoro, where you can have a cup of coffee. On the way back to Thessaloniki we visit the archaelogical site of Dion, where you can visit the arcaelogical museum
