Work is being done on accessibility for people with visual and hearing difficulties. It is not possible yet.
Minors under 16 years of age cannot enter the Palace alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
For security reasons during the visit, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, and any object that is considered to be a risk to the works of art cannot be brought into the rooms. They must be deposited in the locked common locker provided for this purpose before making the visit.
Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in the entire Palace premises.
Taking photographs is not allowed inside the Palace.
It is not allowed: touching pieces, works of art, leaning on furniture or sitting on chairs.
It is not permitted to enter the premises with suitcases or travel packages.
The ticket is personal and non-transferable, valid only for the day, time and number of people indicated on them. No changes or refunds are allowed.
To access the Palace you must be in possession of a valid ticket or pass with a QR code that must be shown to access control personnel and must be kept until departure.
