It was a great experience. I got confused with the flight date and they were kindly able to accommodate. The driver was punctual and the communications were clear. I have booked all my trips through the company now. I highly recommend them.
Another great experience with the airport transfer. Punctual driver, clean car and very easy communication.
Chinese speaking drivers who sent messages in English with directions on how to get to his car. Drove very smoothly during the ride. Car fits 5 adults, 4 large suitcase and 2 cabin bags. We had 5 cabins so 3 had to fit in between the passenger seats. Overall very comfortable

I made a literal last minute booking the night before. I was able to call and get in touch with them the morning after in order to confirm the booking. Joseph and May were very helpful and kind in organizing the ride. Our driver, Ryan was also early and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. Vehicle was clean, classy, and able to fit 2 large luggages. Overall ride and service was excellent--highly recommended!
