In the morning we reach the Valnerina, a natural area of great beauty, and we meet the rafting guide at the meeting point (it'll be sent in a travel voucher after confirmation). We wear the necessary equipment for the realization of this fun excursion to the discovery of inaccessible places of great naturalistic interest that can be visited only with some hit of paddle. Together with the guide and the rest of the participants, you'll reach the point from which the rafting descent on the river will start. Rafting is certainly one of the most fun and exciting outdoor activities to do in Umbria during the period from spring to autumn and offers participants the opportunity to strengthen ties and mutual cooperation (team building). Aboard an inflatable dinghy, you'll launch into a fun descent on the river, driven by its currents, sometimes more intense, and you'll see places of great natural interest: rock walls, waterfalls, woods, vast meadows. The guide will provide you with all the info you need to perform the task correctly and safely. Back at the rafting base, you can take a hot shower and change again. Then, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch (drinks included) at a local restaurant.
