[Time required]

・Approximately 20 minutes to dress

[Return time]

・Return at 9pm on the day (additional charge for return the next day)

[If you are late for your reservation]

・If you do not arrive at the time of your reservation, the order of your appointment may change. In addition, if you are significantly late, in the worst case scenario, we may not be able to accommodate you at all.

*We cannot offer refunds in such cases.

[About cancellations]

・If you cancel after 5pm (Japan time) the day before your reservation date, we will charge you 100% of the reservation plan fee. Please note this in advance.
