This experience will take you on a self-awareness journey. If this is the first time you stumble upon Reiki, fear not, I will explain more about what Reiki is a how it works to give you an overall understanding of this energy. We will talk about the chakras and the impact an imbalanced chakra has in our day to day lives. If you have had energy session before, we can jump right into talking about you, your motivation to coming for the session and what you are looking to get out of it. We will set an intention for the session and you will then experience the relaxing Reiki energy. After the hands-on Reiki session finishes, we will talk about any insights that might have come through during the session that will help you gain self-awareness, deal with stuck emotions, remove energy blocks or give you direction in any area of your life. I will also be happy to answer any additional questions you might have. We will close with water or tea.
