The driver doesn’t know where to take you. Asks for address in a language you don’t understand. Then takes the phone number of your contact and calls them to find out address. Avoid this service and company at all cost. In fact avoid ever using Viator and Pelago for not vetting these things properly and putting your safety at risk in a foreign country.
