I offer a cooking class that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta with a rolling pin. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking class, you will have your hands mixed with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove for the preparation of sauces, including Bolognese ragout, and plating. Vegetarian menu, fresh pasta with semolina flour, potato dumplings, available on request. Celiac menu not available.
