The service was smooth and reliable. There was an option to select the preferred messaging app, and the driver contacted me the day before to confirm the arrangement. Our flight was delayed and we arrived a little late, even though I had selected a pickup time 1 hour later, but the drivers were very understanding and even monitored my flight. They did not wait directly outside the arrival hall, which was completely understandable as waiting space is limited in Japan. The instructions to the pickup point were clear, and the drivers were friendly and helpful throughout. I will definitely book again if I have a group with me.

Key difference is that they sent very clear guidance via whatsapp on where to go meet the driver with visuals and pictures of the actual airport and arrows pointing to the lifts and exact spot of meet-up point. It was easy to follow and impossible to get lost. This is something we appreciate as a very considerate, thoughtful, and helpful feature of our car driver and transfer. The car was already waiting for us when we arrived. It was very smooth and easy.
