Great service and value for a fuss free airport transfer with young kids. From order to communication with the driver down to the pick up was seamless. Driver was also very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend if travelling with large luggages and young kids as a fuss free option verses the subway or buses especially early in the morning.
Great service from Yuying!! i added the meet and greet service at the airport for my mother as she was travelling alone. Yuying sent a message a day before to confirm the ride and on the day itself, arrived early and even parked the car and dropped my mother off at the hotel lobby personally as it was raining and the dropoff point was the basement. Highly recommend!
The service was smooth and reliable. There was an option to select the preferred messaging app, and the driver contacted me the day before to confirm the arrangement. Our flight was delayed and we arrived a little late, even though I had selected a pickup time 1 hour later, but the drivers were very understanding and even monitored my flight. They did not wait directly outside the arrival hall, which was completely understandable as waiting space is limited in Japan. The instructions to the pickup point were clear, and the drivers were friendly and helpful throughout. I will definitely book again if I have a group with me.
The driver waited promptly for us and communicated with us after flight arrival. Good service. Will recommend. Price is fixed thus better than meter taxi.
