Good To Know
Children under the age of 12 cannot enter the spa alone. Please be sure to be accompanied by a guardian
Regarding the onsens, Asian zone is for women, and European zone is for men in even-numbered months. Odd-numbered months are the opposite
If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher when taking your temperature at the time of admission, or if you refuse to take your temperature, you will not be admitted to the facility
Visitors with symptoms such as fever, cough, or general ache, or those concerned about their health condition should refrain from visiting the spa
Please wear a mask inside the building (excluding bathrooms and pools)
