Must Know
The Surin Islands are located in a remote area and it will take 1.5 hours to reach them by speedboat. The Andaman Sea is known for its rough waters and large waves, so the speedboat ride may be a bit bumpy.
Pre Purchase
Keep in mind that the travel time between Phuket and the speedboat pier is about 3 hours one-way. Bring some snacks or breakfast in case you get hungry in the morning.
Usage
• The precise pick-up time will be communicated through email by the activity provider, since it is based on the location of your hotel.
• Additional information is needed from you to complete this booking. The activity provider will contact you through Whatsapp or email shortly after the booking.
• Please reply to that as soon as you can so they can finalize your booking confirmation and provide more details about your tour.

However, even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to proceed if conditions are safe, and no refunds will be given. Rain showers are typically brief and can cease at any moment. If we deem the conditions to be unsafe, we will cancel the tour and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
