- Each carriage can accommodate 10 to 12 standard-sized adults.
- Participants weighing more than 100kg may not be able to ride if there are two or more individuals with this weight. We appreciate your understanding.
- If you have large baggage, such as a wheelchair, stroller, or suitcase, you may not be able to board the carriage. We kindly recommend leaving your baggage in a station locker in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

The horse carriage ticket issued after check-in must be presented when boarding. - Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty, as horse hair, sweat, and dust may be present and could fly around during the ride.
- In case of rainy weather, rain may get into the carriage, so please bring a raincoat or appropriate rain gear to stay comfortable during the ride.

- There are no toilets at the carriage ride or inside the carriage, so please use the restrooms beforehand.
- Normally, you cannot get off the carriage midway.
- Infants (0-3 years old) must sit on a parent’s lap.

- The carriage service will be closed during the months of January and February.

- If the Hozugawa River Cruise is cancelled, the horse-drawn carriage Hozugawa course will also be suspended.
- If the carriage ride is cancelled, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

without notice. ・Reservations cannot be made for dates and times that are not
selectable on the calendar. ・Before making a reservation, please check the
operating hours, travel time, and arrival time of the carriage. If needed,
also confirm the arrival time of the Sagano Romantic Train and the operating
hours of the Hozugawa River Cruise. ・The carriage stop is about a one to two
minute walk from Kameoka Torokko Station. ・The carriage will stop
approximately 50 meters before the Hozugawa River Cruise boarding area. ・You
may board the river cruise if you check in at the boarding point during its
operating hours. ・If you take the 2:35 PM carriage, you will generally not be
able to board the Hozugawa River Cruise. ・There may be a waiting period before
the river cruise begins. ・During the winter period, when the Hozugawa River
Boat Ride closing time is 14:30, the horse carriage departing at 9:35 will not
make it in time for the 10:00 boat ride. ・During the winter period, when the
Hozugawa River Boat Ride closing time is 14:30, the horse carriage departing
at 12:35 will not make it in time for the 13:00 boat ride. ・If the Hozugawa
River Boat Ride service is suspended, the horse carriage course to the boat
ride boarding area will also be canceled and refunded. Therefore, if you still
wish to take the horse carriage, an additional payment may be required.
・Service is not available in January and February. Reservations for March and
