The tour guide was somewhat friendly, but the cost was quite high for the experience offered. Additionally, the tubing was quite intense with extremely high water levels and very narrow limestone passages. The hike covered about 5km, and the kayaking was 6km — definitely a day full of physical activity. The tour guide prepared a BBQ lunch, though the meat was a bit tough to chew. I wish solo travelers didn't have to pay so much to have such experiences.
