Highlights

Explore "Cusco" the center of the center of the Inca empire and history. Visit the beautiful cathedral in the main square, Temple of the Sun and then head to the city limits to visit the 4 main Inca ruins including Sacsayhuaman. From here you will also see some of the most beautiful views of Cusco, so do not forget your camera. Cusco is truly a fascinating place to visit; providing a blend of the three cultures (Pre Inca, Inca and Spanish).

    Q’oricancha, also known as the “Temple of the Sun” or where the gold shines. During the Inca Empire the temple was dedicated to worship of the sun (“INTI”) and was at times filled with gold.

  • Sacsayhuaman

    Sacsayhuaman, one of the emblematic buildings of the Inca Empire (just above from the center of the city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site) built by the Inca Pachacutec in the 15th Century. It is a vast fortress built from huge stones; the way how they built and transported and worked is still a mystery. It has been calculated that what we see today is only twenty percent of the original structure.
