Try Spanish cheese, tortilla de patata, and a glass of vermouth at a local tavern under Plaza Mayor. Have Spanish chorizo and Madroño liquor at a tavern in La Latina. Pass by artisanal stores on the way back to the oldest part of Madrid. Taste the iconic bocadillo de calamares sandwich with local beer in Plaza Mayor.
