We start every morning with wonderful yoga experience of practicing mindfulness, meditation, flowing through different asanas and connecting with the environment of Kauai! We start our daily classes FOR 7AM YOGA - please join us on the oceanfront lawn of Kauai Beach Resort, 4331 Kauai Beach Dr, Lihue, HI 96766, USA East shore of Kauai between Lihue and Kapaa FOR 8:30AM YOGA - Please join on the oceanfront lawn of Kauai Shores Hotel in Kapaa 420 Papaloa Rd Please meet us on the lawn next to Lava Lava Beach Club under the big shady tree
