2.Outside Food and Items

• Do not bring food or items from outside. Only use items provided by the zoo
• Do not use any external equipment to play with or feed the animals.

3.Child Safety

• Children are not allowed to exit the car without adult supervision. If they wish to step out for photos, parents must carry them
• Do not climb onto the roof of the vehicle
• Do not use baby carriers
• Staff are not responsible for carrying or supervising children.

4. Dress Code

• Wear comfortable and casual clothing suitable for climbing in/out of the vehicle
• Do not wear graduation gowns
• Do not wear wedding dresses
• Do not wear clothes with long hanging straps
• Do not wear national or traditional costumes or any outfit not suitable for daily wear
• High heels are strictly prohibited. Entry to the activity will be denied
• If your outfit is deemed unsafe for the activity, the zoo reserves the right to deny participation.

5.Photography Equipment

• Only mobile phones and cameras are allowed
• No selfie sticks, tripods, drones, or other accessories.

6.Following Staff Instructions

• All participants must strictly follow instructions. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the activity for safety reasons

7.Non-Commercial Use

• This activity is for personal enjoyment only and cannot be used for commercial purposes

8.Non-Refundable Policy

• All payments for this activity are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If any bookings fail to meet the specified conditions, the zoo reserves the right to refuse participation without exception and without a refund

9.Important Notes for Your Visit

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. The activity duration is approximately 20-30 minutes. If you are late, we cannot extend your booking period. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your activity without a refund
