My lessons are designed to be a balanced combination of relaxation and adventure. I spend a great deal of time planning each of my swim routes, ensuring that I offer you a tailored experience that you will never forget. On this day, we will meet at Praia da Duquesa in Cascais. After arriving, you will meet me and your fellow swimmers for a safety briefing and discussion about the swimming lesson. If you are a beginner swimmer we can also do a private coaching session. We will then hold an acclimatisation swim nearby and start our adventure along the Cascais coast (from 1.5km or more depending on your ability and if you want to do a short or long distance swim). There you will have the opportunity to swim in very enjoyable clear waters. The view from here is unrivalled as the entire Bay of Cascais is laid out before us. The session will last 1 hour with time to warm up, meet up and after our water session get a hot tea. I provide swim buoy and, if required, a wetsuit rental. I will be swimming beside you all the time and giving you all the support you need. I will be filming you while swimming for further analysis of your technique.
