The assistants will be waiting for you, dressed in blue with Caf Tour and Gray

It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time
In case of delay, it will not be possible to obtain tickets, get a refund, or reschedule the entrance
Pick up the audio guide inside the museum, and show the original copy of your ID card or passport
The ID will be kept until the end of the visit when the audio guide will be returned. In case of loss or non-return of the audio guide, a refund of € 250 will be mandatory
