Our tour was amazing. From the driver who picked up us from the hotel ( his name is Gi Arta) and the driver who drove us from the meet up point to the mountain for sunrise (his name is Agus if i dont spell wrong) were friendly, good customer service and they took a lot effort to make us happy. Incredible experience. The driver picked us up at the homestay at the agreed time and perfectly organised our experience at Mount Batur. We also had a specific need to be in Padang Bai at a certain time to catch a ferry and he was able to take us there himself, even making it easier for us to buy the tickets.
