Driver messaged my husband the day before and on arrival at the airport. Hubby took a photo of where we were waiting and driver found us and brought us to his vehicle. All in, wonderful service and ride!
Initially, I felt the experience was great. I received a sms from the company and the driver one day before my scheduled pick up time. However, on the day of the pickup, the driver was 20 minutes late. This was unacceptable as I was subsequently late for my business conference. 20 minutes delay is significant..the price I paid was also more expensive compared to pelago’s competitors..
